Refund policy

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We accept refunds for products purchased directly from our store within the specified timeframe.

Timeframe

You have 5-7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to request a refund

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the refund. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Refund conditions

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be refunded: personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, intimate items, and sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
